Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Fabrico Service (package: com.gnygroup.fabricoservice), Fabrico Restoran / Fabrico Resto (package: com.gnygroup.fabricorestoran) and the services offered on www.gnyco.com and its subdomains.

1. Parties and Acceptance

This agreement is concluded between Gny Group as the provider and the individual or legal entity registering for the apps or web services. By registering or signing in you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of Service

• Fabrico Service: business software for job/service tracking, customers and devices, inventory, quotes, staff and finance.
• Fabrico Restoran: business software for tables and checks, orders, menu, kitchen, couriers and restaurant finance.
• Both apps are offered in Free, Premium and Premium+ tiers with different features and usage limits. Current limits are published in the app and at www.gnyco.com/paketler.

3. Account Security and User Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed through your account. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the customer, staff and business data you enter, including providing any required notices and legal basis. In this respect you act as the data controller for your own customers and employees.

4. Use of Location Features

Live location sharing and field tracking features are optional. If you enable them for your staff, it is your responsibility to inform the individuals concerned in advance and to establish the legal basis required by applicable law. See the location section of the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Billing, Subscriptions and Cancellation

Paid plans may be purchased through Google Play, Microsoft Store or the web portal. Subscriptions renew according to the applicable store terms unless cancelled. Cancellation is performed in the account settings of the store where the purchase was made. Expired licenses revert to the Free plan and records exceeding Free limits may become read-only. Refunds are subject to the policy of the store where the purchase was made.

6. Acceptable Use

Reverse engineering, circumventing license verification, automated or excessive load on the service, unauthorised processing of third-party data and any use contrary to applicable law are prohibited. Accounts may be suspended or terminated in case of violation.

7. Availability and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or upstream providers. Gny Group is not responsible for backing up data stored on your own device; unless Premium+ cloud sync is used, data remains only on the device. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the relevant period.

8. Intellectual Property

The software, design, trademarks and content belong to Gny Group. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the subscription term. Business data you enter into the app remains yours.

9. Account Closure

You may close your account and delete your data via the account deletion page or by writing to help@gnyco.com.

10. Changes and Governing Law

Gny Group may update these terms; the current text is published on this page and takes effect on publication. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with the courts and enforcement offices of Antalya having jurisdiction.
