Fabrico Service Close Account
Close your login access — your business record is kept for reporting.
What happens?
- App and web portal login is disabled (password / Google link removed).
- Cloud sync data is removed; on-device data may remain until you clear it.
- Email, business info and history are retained by Gny Group for reporting.
- You may register again with the same email — starting fresh on the free plan.
How to close?
- App (Android / Windows): Settings → Account & Data → Close Account
- Web customer portal: Sign in and use the account closure form
- Email: help@gnyco.com — subject: Account Closure
