This Cookie Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and, where applicable, the EU ePrivacy rules. It covers:

• www.gnyco.com and its subdomains (api, auth, panel, license, admin, pay, partner, send, chat)
• The customer portal, hardware store, license management and account deletion pages

Fabrico Service (com.gnygroup.fabricoservice) and Fabrico Restoran (com.gnygroup.fabricorestoran) mobile/desktop apps do not use cookies. Session, preferences and license verification in the apps are handled through the device's local storage. For personal data processing see the Privacy Policy.

We do not use advertising networks, third-party tracking cookies or analytics SDKs such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. Cookies are used only for the site to function, for security and to remember your preferences.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed; persistent cookies remain for a set period. Session identifiers and local storage entries that serve a similar purpose are also covered by this policy.

2. Legal Basis

• Essential / technical cookies: required for the site's core operation and security and used without consent under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest — security).
• Preference cookies (language, theme): used under legitimate interest so the service can be presented in your preferred form; you may delete them in your browser settings.
• Session / SSO cookies: used under performance of a contract when you sign in.

3. Cookies We Use

The list below shows the cookies actually used on gnyco.com and its subdomains.

a) Essential (strictly necessary) cookies

• PHP session cookie (e.g. PHPSESSID) — Purpose: maintaining the server session, CSRF protection and sign-in state. Duration: until the browser is closed (session). Domain: .gnyco.com. Security: Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax.
• gny_central_token — Purpose: signed token for single sign-on (SSO) across *.gnyco.com subdomains. Duration: up to 14 days. Domain: .gnyco.com. Security: Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax. Cleared on sign-out or account closure.

b) Preference / functional cookies

• gny_lang — Purpose: remembering your language (TR/EN). Duration: 1 year. Domain: .gnyco.com. Value: only "tr" or "en".
• gny_theme — Purpose: remembering dark/light theme. Duration: 1 year. Domain: .gnyco.com. Value: only "dark" or "light".

c) Cookie types we do not use

• Advertising, remarketing or profiling cookies
• Third-party tracking / social media pixel cookies
• Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar analytics cookies
• Cross-site behavioural tracking

4. Third-Party Cookies

We do not embed third-party tracking cookies on our sites. Third-party cookies may nonetheless appear in these cases:

• Sign in with Google: if you choose this method, Google's authentication page may set its own cookies, governed by Google's privacy policy.
• Map display: when an embedded Google Maps / OpenStreetMap map is opened, that provider may set its own cookies.
• Store redirects: when you are directed to Google Play or Microsoft Store, those sites' own policies apply.

5. Security Logs (not cookies)

Separately from cookies, IP address, device/browser information and a timestamp may be recorded on sign-in attempts for a limited time to prevent abuse. These records are not used for advertising and are kept for at most 12 months.

6. Retention and Deletion

• Session cookie: deleted when the browser is closed or you sign out.
• SSO cookie (gny_central_token): up to 14 days; cleared immediately on sign-out or account deletion.
• Language and theme cookies: 1 year, or when you delete them in the browser.
• On account closure, session and SSO cookies are invalidated; see the account deletion page.

7. Managing Cookies

You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, cart, portal and language/theme preferences from working. Typical paths:

• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies / Site settings
• Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage cookies

You can change language or theme with the controls in the site header; that updates the related cookie.

8. Your Rights

Your rights under KVKK Art. 11 (access, rectification, erasure, objection, etc.) apply to personal data processed through cookies. Send requests to help@gnyco.com; they are answered within 30 days.
